随着文旅融合步伐的不断加快,对专业化人才的需求不断加强。高校作为人才培养的摇篮,在文旅融合发展过程中承担着重要人才的输送职能。分析文旅融合背景下高校人才培养课程群存在的问题,在此基础上提出相应的对策与建议,以充分完善人才培养课程群,提升高校人才培养的综合能力和效果,为文旅融合发展输送更多的专业化人才。

The fast integration of culture and travel makes the continuous strengthen of specialists.As the cradle of talent training,colleges and universities take the responsibility of training talent.The paper analyzes the problems of talent training group under the background of the integration of culture and travel,and proposes relative countermeasures and suggestions,to fully perfect talent training group,improve the effect of comprehensive ability of talent training,and train more specialized talent.
