摘要
教师在面临越来越大的职业压力下,职业倦怠问题日益突出。学校管理者应该采取有效的管理措施和人性化的管理方法,消除造成教师倦怠的外部因素。教师要根据自我效能感理论,不断进行内部激励,消除内在倦怠感,不断增加教师的归属感和认同感。
With more and more occupational stress,occupational boredom of teachers has become more and more prominent.School managers should adopt effective countermeasures and individualized management method,and eliminate the external factors causing boredom of teachers.Teachers should use self-efficiency theory,continuously promote internal incentive,eliminate internal boredom,and continuously promote the sense of belonging and identity of teachers.
