我国医养结合型养老机构护理人员工作存在的问题及完善措施

Problems and Countermeasures of Nurses’Working in Institutions for the Aged of Combination of Medical Treatment and Endowment

我国医养机构护理人员工作存在的问题主要包括:护理人员素质低、护理人员专业能力不够、护理人员管理制度不完善、护理人员队伍结构不合理。有很多护理人员责任心低,对老年护理工作不耐烦。我国医养机构的护理人员大都以护士专业的人员为主,缺乏不同疾病的专业护理人员,对于专业性较强的护理工作往往不能胜任。很多机构管理制度形同虚设,人员管理混乱,致使很多护理人员在岗不用心,在岗不守则,在岗不尽责。护理人员大都以中年人群为主,高学历、专业水平强的年轻人极少,而且这些人群中具有高级职称的护理人数也非常少。职业道德高、属于综合型人才,这都是医养机构护理人员应具备的主要特征。对此,提出了提高医养机构护理人员工作水平的措施:加强培训,完善护理人员管理制度,优化护理人员队伍结构,以期能够加强和保障医养综合型养老机构护理人员的护理水平和护理素质。

The problems of nurses’working in institutions of the combination of medical treatment and endowment,including low nursing staff quality,inadequate nursing staff professionalism ability,imperfect nursing staff management system,and irrational nursing staff structure.Because of the low responsibility of many nursing staff,they are impatient in the nursing of the aged.Most of the nursing staffs in institutions for the aged of combination of medical treatment and endowment are graduated as the nursing specialty.There is lack of disease specialty nursing staff,and they can’t be qualified for the professional nursing.Many institution management systems do not meet their working requirement.The management of the staff is of disorder.Many nursing staffs don’t put their hearts into their work,don’t obey the principle and don’t take their responsibility.Nursing staff are mainly the middle-aged.There are less young people with high quality,and strong professionalism,and there are extremely less nursing staffs with title of a senior professional post.High professional ethics and synthesizing type are the main characteristics of nursing staff in institutions of combination of medical treatment and endowment.Thus,it is suggested to improve the countermeasures of work level of nursing staff of institutions of combination of medical treatment and endowment,including strengthening training,perfecting nursing staff management system,and optimizing nursing staff structure,in order to strengthen and guarantee the nursing level and quality of comprehensive institutions for the aged of combination of medical treatment and endowment.
