高职院校贫困生资助体系调研——以江苏信息职业技术学院为例

Subsidization System Research of Poor Students of Higher Vocational Colleges——Through Taking Jiangsu College of Information Technology as an Example

以江苏信息职业技术学院为例,对高职院校贫困生资助体系进行研究。贫困生认定机制缺乏科学性,“扶智”与“扶志”不能同步,缺乏资助育人的校园环境,这些是高职院校贫困生资助体系存在的问题。对此,需建立健全贫困生信息库,逐步从无偿资助转向有偿资助,实现专人专职的精准资助。高职院校要做到精准物质扶贫和精神扶贫,让家庭经济困难的学生学有所依、学有所成、学有所用。

Through taking Jiangsu College of Information Technology as an example,the paper researches the subsidization system of poor students of higher vocational colleges.The recognition mechanism of poor students lacks scientificness,“helping intelligence”and“helping ambition”are not of synchronization,and there is lack of subsidization education in school environment.These are all the problems of subsidization system of poor students of higher vocational colleges.Therefore,it is suggested to establish and perfect the information database of poor students,gradually transfer from free subsidization to compensation subsidization,and achieve the precise specially-assigned persons and professional subsidization.Higher vocational college should make precise substance and spirit poverty relief,in order to make poor students study dependently,successfully and usefully.
