气调技术对中药材储藏害虫药材甲Stegobium paniceum存活的影响

摘要 【目的】明确不同氧气浓度和气调处理时间对中药材储藏期害虫优势种药材甲存活的影响,为药材甲的绿色防控提供依据.【方法】研究测定了不同虫态药材甲在氧气浓度1%~2%和≤1%条件下处理不同时长的发育及存活情况.【结果】试验中低氧浓度处理72 h的药材甲卵均未孵化;氧气浓度≤1%处理36 h药材甲幼虫校正死亡率最高达到(94.55±3.15)%;低氧处理96 h的药材甲蛹均未羽化;药材甲成虫对氧气浓度最敏感,氧气浓度≤1%处理24 h药材甲成虫全部死亡.【结论】当氧气浓度降低时,药材甲卵的孵化率和蛹的羽化率降低,幼虫和成虫的死亡率升高;当处理时间增加时,药材甲卵的孵化率和蛹的羽化率降低,幼虫和成虫的死亡率升高;表明低氧气调技术对药材甲有明显的防治效果. 【Objective】In order to provide basic reference for the green prevention and control of Stegobium paniceum,the impact of different oxygen concentrations and air conditioning time on the survival of S.paniceum were studied.【Method】In this study,the development and survival of different metamorphosis states of S.paniceum under the condition of oxygen concentration of 1%to 2%and≤1%were measured.【Result】The eggs of S.paniceum treated with low oxygen concentration for 72 hours did not hatch.The highest corrected mortality of larvae was(94.55±3.15)%when treated with≤1%oxygen concentration for 36 hours.The pupae treated with low oxygen for 96 hours did not emerge.Adults were most sensitive to oxygen concentration,and died after 24 hours of treatment with≤1%oxygen concentration.【Conclusion】When oxygen concentration decreased,the hatching rate and pupal emergence rate of S.paniceum eggs decreased,and the mortality rate of larvae and adults increased.When the treating time increased,the hatching rate and pupal emergence rate of eggs decreased,and the mortality rate of larvae and adults increased.The technology of low oxygen regulation was effective for controlling S.paniceum.
