基于EDEM的内充种式棉花排种器排种仿真试验 被引量:7

摘要 【目的】为了优化内充种式棉花排种器的最优排种性能参数组合,提高排种合格率、降低漏播率和重播率.【方法】选取内窝孔深度、入种口高度、排种盘转速为影响因素,运用EDEM软件对棉花排种器排种性能进行三因素三水平响应面试验,并对仿真试验的优化结果进行了验证.【结果】仿真结果表明:当排种盘转速为12.11 r/min、内窝孔深度为6.12 mm、入种口高度为58.23 mm时为较优组合,此时排种器排种合格率为98.58%、漏播率为0.08%、重播率为1.34%.验证试验表明:在较优组合条件下测得排种合格率为95.31%、漏播率为1.66%、重播率为3.03%.重点指标合格率误差为3.27%(<5%).【结论】基于EDEM的排种器排种仿真试验为排种器性能参数的确定提供参考是可行的. 【Objective】In order to improve the seeding qualified rate,reduce the miss seeding rate and reseeding rate by optimizing the seeding performance parameter combination of the inside-filling type cotton seeder with combined holes.【Method】The seeding plate speed,inner hole depth and height of the seed inlet were selected as the factor,and the EDEM software was used to conduct a three-factor three-level response surface experiment on the seeding performance of cotton seed-metering device,and the optimization results of the simulation experiment were verified.【Result】The simulation results showed that the best combination was when the speed of the seeding plate was 12.11 r/min,the depth of the inner socket hole was 6.12 mm,and the height of the seed inlet was 58.23 mm.Under this combination,the qualified rate of the seed-metering device was 98.58%,the miss seeding rate was 0.08%and the reseeding rate was 1.34%.Validation tests showed that the qualified rate of seed-metering device was 95.31%,the miss seeding rate was 1.66%,and the reseeding rate was 3.03%,and the error of the qualified rate was 3.27%(<5%).【Conclusion】It is feasible to provide a reference for determining the performance parameters of the seeder based on the EDEM simulation test.
