摘要 为实现岩茶加工智能化控制,降低做青过程中劳动强度和人为因素的影响,提出了一种基于模糊控制的岩茶做青控制方案。系统地分析了做青工艺中温、湿度环境因子对岩茶品质的影响,设计了以做青温湿度偏差为输入参数、以专家数据库做青工艺参数变化值为输出参数的模糊控制器,模拟手工控制思路,调整做青过程各工艺时间,实现做青过程的智能控制。试验结果表明:做青工艺参数的控制与手工控制趋势基本一致。 In order to realize the intelligent control of rock tea processing,reduce the labor intensity and the influence of human factors in the process of manipulate fresh leaves,a control scheme of manipulate fresh leaves based on fuzzy control is proposed.The influence of the environmental factors of temperature and humidity on the quality of rock tea were analyzed,and a fuzzy controller was designed,with the deviation of temperature and humidity as the input parameter and the change value of the process parameter as the output parameter in the expert database.The idea of manual control was simulated,with the process time was adjusted,and the intelligent control of the process was finally realized.The results showed that the trend of the process parameters control was basically the same as the manual control,which improved the intelligent level of rock tea processing.
