借力进博会将上海打造成为亚太进口商品集散中心

Leverage the Expo to Build Shanghai into an Asia-Pacific Distribution Center for Imported Goods

上海打造亚太进口商品集散中心,要围绕商品进口贸易,适应全球贸易内涵的发展,注重服务化和数字化赋能,利用上海自贸试验区临港新片区新型国际贸易发展机遇,通过扩大开放、集聚贸易主体、完善监管模式,提升上海口岸功能和能级,加强上海进口商品集散中心的服务辐射能力。借力举办进博会,构建“四位一体”的进口贸易通道体系,形成面向长三角和全国的进口市场通道,以及面向全球主要城市和地区的进口采购渠道。

To build an Asia-Pacific import distribution center,Shanghai should focus on import trade,adapt to the development of global trade connotation,pay attention to service and digital empowerment,take advantage of the new international trade development opportunities in Lingang New Area of Shanghai Pilot Free Trade Zone,and improve the supervision mode by expanding opening up,gathering the main body,improving the function and energy level of Shanghai port,and strengthening the service radiation capacity of Shanghai import distribution center.Take advantage of the Expo to build a“four-in-one”import trade channel system,and form an import market channel for the Yangtze River Delta and the whole country,as well as an import procurement channel for major cities and regions around the world.
