摘要
上海农业是典型的都市农业,体量不大,但资源环境约束大,要满足市民日益增长的多样化、多层次消费需求,就必须在绿色化、品牌化、社会化上下功夫,通过做特色、做精品,推动农业高质量发展。乡村建设要因地制宜,突出地方特色,不仅要有“颜值”、更要有“气质”。职业农民要完成身份职业化的转变,朝着技能化、适度资本化、具有一定生产组织能力的方向发展。
Shanghai’s agriculture is a typical urban agriculture,which is small in volume,but constrained by resources and environment.To meet the increasing diversified and multi-level consumption needs of citizens,it is necessary to work hard on greening,branding and socialization,and promote the high-quality development of agriculture by making characteristics and fine products.Rural construction should adapt to local conditions,highlight local characteristics,and have not only“face value”but also“temperament”.Professional farmers should complete the transformation of identity professionalization,and develop in the direction of skill,moderate capitalization and certain production organization ability.
