干摩擦间隙曲柄滑块动态特性研究 被引量:5

摘要 以含间隙的曲柄滑块为研究对象,针对干摩擦铰接处不同间隙对曲柄滑块动态特性的影响进行研究。采用非线性弹簧阻尼碰撞力模型和修正的库伦摩擦力间隙碰撞模型,运用牛顿-欧拉法建立动力学方程;基于MATLAB软件,运用龙格库塔法进行动力学求解,分析不同间隙尺寸对曲柄滑块动态特性的影响。研究结果表明:间隙的存在,导致曲柄滑块动态特性出现明显的振荡,且随着间隙的增大,曲柄滑块的振荡强度和幅值逐渐增大,振动的频率降低;其产生的碰撞力直接影响机构的运动精度和稳定性。 Taking the crank slider with clearance as the research object,the influence of different clearance on dynamic characteristics of the crank slider at the dry friction hinge was studied.The nonlinear spring damping impact force and the modified Coulomb friction force clearance collision model were adopted.The kinetic equation was established by using newton-eulerian,and the runge-kutta kinetic solution was obtained based on MATLAB.The influence of different clearance sizes on the crank slider dynamics was analyzed.The results show that the existence of clearance leads to significant oscillation in the dynamic characteristics of the crank slider,and with the increase of clearance,the oscillation intensity and amplitude of the crank slider increase gradually,while the frequency of vibration decreases.
