摘要
目的分析机器人在护理领域研究的热点及发展趋势,为机器人相关的护理科研和临床提供参考。方法2019年1月以中国知网和Web of Science数据库中收录的1998-2018年机器人在护理领域应用的文献作为研究对象,使用BICOMB 2.0软件和SPSS19.0统计软件进行文献计量及聚类分析。结果机器人在护理领域应用的文献数量近年来快速增加;在中国知网中研究的热点主要集中于机器人辅助腹腔镜手术护理、达芬奇机器人手术配合、围手术期护理要点及机器人在快速康复外科中使用的相关护理4个方面,在Web of Science数据库中研究的热点主要集中于机器人护理助手、老年护理、康复护理、辅助手术护理及护理机器人的研发与设计5个方面。结论机器人在护理领域的研究已广泛开展,研究方向趋于多元化,未来的研究在机器人辅助手术、老年护理、康复护理及智能护理助手方面具有广阔的空间。
Objective To analyze the hotspots and development trends of robots in the nursing field to provide reference for the robot-related nursing research and clinic.Methods The literatures on the application of robots in the nursing field included in the CNKI and Web of Science databases during 1998-2018 were collected as the study objects and performed the bibliometric and cluster study by using the BICOMB2.0 software and SPSS19.0 statistical software.Results The number of documents on the robots application in the nursing field has increased rapidly in recent years;the research hotspots in CNKI focus on the 4 aspects:robot-assisted laparoscopic surgical nursing,Da Vinci robotic surgical cooperation,perioperative nursing key points and related nursing of robot in rapid rehabilitation surgery.The research hotspots in the Web of Science database mainly focus on the 5 aspects:robot care assistant,aged care,rehabilitation care,assisted operation nursing,and research and design of nursing robot.Conclusion The research of robots in the nursing field has been widely carried out,and the research direction tends to be diversified.The future research has broad space in the aspects of robot-assisted surgery,aged care,rehabilitation nursing and intelligent nursing assistant.
