自发性脑出血后血肿周围水肿研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 自发性脑出血具有高发病率、高致残率及高病死率的特点。脑出血后继发性脑损伤对神经功能及预后有严重不良影响,而血肿周围水肿作为继发性脑损伤的一个代表指标,近年来受到越来越多学者的研究,据近年对血肿周围水肿的研究表明,凝血酶诱导、补体级联激活、血毒性产物、血脑屏障破坏、炎性反应等均参与血肿周围水肿的形成。该文将基于以往的研究对其潜在的病理生理学机制进行综述。
