摘要 通过SWOT分析,探究国内食育发展的内在优势和劣势,剖析外在机会与威胁,在此基础上构建SWOT矩阵,并提出食育发展战略框架。第一,战略层面上,顶层设计、科学发展,统筹资源、合作发展;第二,目标层面上,营养导向、创新发展,文化传承、融合发展;第三,产业和区域层面上,产学研融合、联动发展,因地制宜、差异发展;第四,实施层面上,标准引领、规范发展,示范先行、有序发展。 This research developed a SWOT analysis on food education in China.According to the analysis,food education in China had large potential because traditional Chinese diets are complex,which can provide multiple necessary nutrients.Additionally,people start to realize the importance of keeping fit.In contrast,several weaknesses and threats should be overcome.Chinese diets vary hugely among regions,which makes food education hard to apply.At the same time,crystallized habits need a long time to be removed.Moreover,food education is threatened by a lack of academic attention and the popularity of fast food.However,governments’supports and multi-sided increasing attention bring food education opportunities to develop.Based on the SWOT matrix model,this research built a strategic framework of food education’s development in China.Within the framework,on the planning level,top-down management should be used to supervise and manage resources and cooperations.On the target level,industries and institutions should change the focus from benefits to nutrients.On the industry level,industries should cooperate with academic institutions to promote food education,and the cooperations should be adjusted according to local conditions.On the application level,standards and demonstrations should be set,so the public can imitate to develop food education by themselves.
