摘要
针对合成旅装备维修保障效能评估需要明确的基本概念、合成旅特性、评估指标体系等基本理论问题,建立了合成旅装备维修保障效能评估的理论框架。系统分析和阐述了效能的概念和属性,建立了系统效能的概念模型,详细分析了合成旅特性和合成旅装备维修保障系统,建立了面向合成旅的装备维修保障效能评估指标体系框架,为开展合成旅装备维修保障效能评估方法研究奠定了坚实的理论基础。
Aiming at solving the basic theoretical problems which include basic concepts,characteristics of synthetic brigades and evaluation index system in equipment maintenance support effectiveness evaluation of synthetic brigade,a theoretical framework for equipment maintenance support effectiveness evaluation is established.Firstly,the concept and attributes of effectiveness are analyzed and elaborated systematically,and the conceptual model of system effectiveness is established.Then,the characteristics of synthetic brigade and equipment maintenance support system of synthetic brigade are analyzed in details.Finally,an index system framework of equipment maintenance support effectiveness evaluation oriented to synthetic brigade is established.A solid theoretical foundation for the research of equipment maintenance support effectiveness evaluation method of synthetic brigade is laid.
