摘要
以Na3PO4、Na2SiO3.NaAlO2、NaOH和(HOCH2CH2),N溶液等为电解液,通过设计正交试验方案,在1060铝板材表面制备微弧氧化陶瓷膜层。对陶瓷膜层的粗糙度、厚度、物相组成及膜层的介电性能等进行表征。结果表明:当陶瓷膜层表面粗糙度为0.51μm,厚度为10.09μm和19.34μm时,在各个频率下可获得较小的介电常数;陶瓷膜层表面粗糙度和厚度越小,陶瓷膜层介质损耗越低,击穿场强越高;当p(Na3P04)=9g/L、ρ(Na2Si03)=8g/L、ρ(NaAl02)=1.2 g/L、电流密度=8A/dm2时,制备的陶瓷膜层介电性能最好。
The micro-arc oxidation ceramic film was prepared on the surface of 1060 aluminum plate by designing orthogonal test program with Na3P 04,Na2S i03,NaA102,NaOH and(HOCH2CH2)3N solution as electrolyte.The roughness,thickness,phase composition and dielectric properties of ceramic film were characterized.The results show that when the ceramic film has a surface roughness of 0.51μm,and a thickness of 10.09μm and 19.34μm,a smaller dielectric constant can be obtained at each frequency;the lower the surface roughness and thickness of the ceramic film has,the lower the dielectric loss of the ceramic film has and the higher the breakdown field strength is.When p(Na3P04)is 9 g/L,p(Na2Si03)is 8 g/L,p(NaA102)is 1.2 g/L,and the current density is 8 A/dm 2,the ceramic layer has the best dielectric properties.
