Practice and Exploration of Reform Deepening and Governance Perfecting in SOEs

国有企业是中国特色社会主义事业的重要物质基础和政治基础,是党执政兴国的重要支柱和依靠力量。当前,随着社会主义市场经济的发展,竞争日趋激烈,国有企业要完成深化改革、完善治理的大考,普遍面临着体制机制僵化、思想观念落伍、队伍素质不高等问题,迫切需要推进改革转型,提升治理水平。文章以A公司具体实践为例,分析了国有企业推动改革转型,完善治理结构的实践措施,给同类国有企业深化改革提供借鉴。

State-owned enterprises are the important material and political basis for socialism with Chinese characteristics,and the important pillar and reliable force for the CPC's governance of the country.Currently,with the development of socialist market economy and increasingly fierce competition,state-owned enterprises urgently need to promote the reform and transformation and improve corporate governance to stand the test of further reform,given their problems such as rigid mechanism,backward ideas and low team quality.This paper,taking company A as a case study,analyzes the practical measures of state-owned enterprises to promote reform and transformation and perfect governance structure,providing a reference for similar state-owned enterprises to deepen reform.
