摘要
联系武钢冷轧厂C109彩涂机组实际生产情况,结合色差的基础理论知识,详细介绍了检验指标中明度指数L*(亮度轴)、色品指数a*(红绿轴)、色品指数b*(黄蓝轴)、总色差ΔE*。根据武钢色差控制采用标准情况,分别对各种类涂料的色差控制参数做了具体分析及要求,一般来说,对面漆要求控制在肉眼难以辨认出范围内的,对背面漆也要求十分严格,据实际生产测量数据,其ΔE*一般也在0.5以内。并针对生产中使用的涂料、漆膜厚度控制、固化板温(PMT)三个方面入手,分析了色差可能出现方向及控制措施,主要是涂料厂家及生产班组必须保证涂层膜厚控制方式一致,从源头上预防了色差发生的可能,并在生产过程中由生产班组根据标样板及在线色差仪观察成品色差,根据实际情况微调工艺,可有效地控制成品色差。
In this study,the lightness index L*,chromaticity index a*,chromaticity index b*and chromatic differenceΔE*have been studied in detail.According to WISCO's chromatic difference control standards,specific analysis and requirements have been made on the chromatic difference impact parameters of various types of coatings.Generally speaking,if the paint is required to be controlled within the range that is difficult to identify with the naked eye,the primer is also very demanding.Strictly,according to actual production measurement data,itsΔE*is generally within 0.5.And starting with the three aspects of paint used in production,film thickness control,and cured plate temperature(PMT),the possible direction of chromatic difference and control measures are analyzed.The main way is that paint manufacturers and production teams must ensure that the coating film thickness control method is consistent,preventing the possibility of chromatic aberration from the source.And during the production process,the production team observes the chromatic aberration of the finished product according to the standard model and the online colorimeter,and finetunes the process according to the actual situation,which can effectively control the chromatic aberration of the finished product.
