摘要
研究了不同退火工艺对不同Al、Si含量无取向硅钢组织、织构及磁性能的影响。结果表明:添加0.3%Al元素的试验钢热轧组织为等轴的铁素体晶粒,添加1.23%Si元素的试验钢热轧组织为变形组织。当退火温度由860℃升至900℃时,试验钢退火组织晶粒尺寸均有所增加,但是加0.3%Al试验钢晶粒尺寸增加更加明显,由32μm增大为45μm,铁损值由4.406 W/kg降至3.921 W/kg。随退火温度的升高,试验钢的{111}<110>、{111}<112>织构组分有所增加,但磁感应强度无明显变化。
The effects of different annealing processes on the microstructure,texture and magnetic properties of nonoriented silicon steel with different Al and Si contents were studied.The results showed that the hot-rolled microstructure of the test steel with 0.3%Al element was equiaxial ferrite grain,and the hot-rolled microstructure of the test steel with 1.23%Si element was deformed structure.When the annealed temperature increased from 860℃to 900℃,the grain size of the annealed steel increased,but the grain size of the steel with 0.3%Al increased more obviously,from 32μm to 45μm,and the iron loss decreased from 4.406 W/kg to 3.921 W/kg.With the increase of annealed temperature,the{111}<110>,{111}<112>texture components of the test steel increased,but the magnetic induction intensity did not change significantly.
