低碳包晶钢炼钢关键技术研究与应用

摘要 主要介绍了莱芜分公司生产低碳包晶钢时转炉终点控制不稳定,精炼渣系成分波动大吸附夹杂物能力差,连铸坯质量控制差等问题,通过智能烟气系统成熟应用,精炼渣系窄成分控制及电磁搅拌系统的应用等技术,形成了一套稳定高效的洁净钢生产技术,提升了低碳包晶钢产品质量,为实现山钢精品强企战略意义重大。 This paper mainly introduces the problems of unstable converter end-point control,large fluctuation of refining slag composition,poor ability of absorbing inclusions and poor quality control of continuous casting slab when producing low-carbon peritectic steel in Laiwu branch.Through mature application of intelligent flue gas system,narrow composition control of refining slag system and application of electromagnetic stirring system,a set of stable and efficient clean steel production technology has been formed Improving the quality of low-carbon peritectic steel products is of great significance for the realization of the strategy of strengthening the enterprise with high-quality products.
