热镀锌“锌灰”缺陷控制技术 被引量:1

摘要 在带钢连续热镀锌生产过程中,“锌灰”缺陷是表面质量控制中的难点。广西钢铁集团有限公司冷轧厂镀锌机组在分析“锌灰”缺陷形成的机理基础上,结合国内外“锌灰”缺陷的解决方案,通过氮气加湿优化炉鼻子区域露点值、强化锌锅管理、优化带钢入锌锅温度、控制锌渣渣量、优化生产计划排程以及定期清洁退火炉等控制措施,大幅度降低“锌灰”缺陷的发生率,有效地保障了高质量镀锌板的生产。 During the hot dip galvanizing production,it is very difficult to control the zinc dust,it is the most difficult in surface quality management.According to domestic and international advanced hot dip galvanizing process technology,based on the zinc dust defect formation mechanism,through the optimization of the dew point of snout,strengthen the zinc pot management,optimization the strip’s temperature entering the pot and reasonable organization of the production schedule,cleaning and repairing the annealing furnace regularly,etc.,these measures substantially reduce the zinc dust defect’s incidence rate,be sure to produce the high quality product effectively.
