摘要
转炉喷溅不仅造成金属和热量损失、侵蚀炉衬、恶化多项技术经济指标,而且还会影响设备性能,严重威胁炼钢安全。探讨转炉各个阶段炉渣喷溅的机理,针对冶炼前期、中期、后期出现喷溅的原因进行分析,针对性地提出了有效控制方法,在莱钢银山型钢炼钢厂120 t转炉进行相应实施,取得了较好效果。
Converter splashing not only causes metal and heat loss,erodes lining and worsens many technical and economic indexes,but also affects equipment performance and seriously threatens steelmaking safety.This paper discusses the mechanism of slag spillage in each stage of converter,analyzes the causes of spillage in the early,middle and late smelting stage,and puts forward effective control methods.
