摘要
以钨酸为催化剂,过氧化氢为环氧化剂,对丙烯酸进行环氧化反应,制备了2,3-环氧丙酸,获得了较高的收率。考察了反应体系的p H、反应温度、反应时间及催化剂用量对反应收率和双氧水耗尽时间的影响,得到较合适的环氧丙酸制备条件:反应温度为65℃,p H为6.5,催化剂的用量为1.2%(摩尔比)。
Glycidic acid was prepared by epoxidation reaction of acrylic acid applied hydrogen peroxide as epoxidizing agent and tungstic acid as catalyst,and the yield was high.The effects of pH,reaction temperature,reaction time and amount of catalyst on the reaction yield and the depletion time of hydrogen peroxide were investigated.The suitable preparation conditions were:temperature was 65℃,pH was 6.5,catalyst amount was 1.2%(molar ratio).
