通过关注各大高校图书馆微信公众号,考察其在疫情期间的各项举措,分析梳理了最具代表性的典型措施。调研显示,高校图书馆主要通过微信推送,多方面整合免费开放学术资源助力教学科研,多领域梳理汇总学科专题资源指引主题研究,多渠道开通电子资源校外访问提供远程服务,多元化开展线上信息素养教育提升信息能力,多手段提供实体虚拟文献资源保障读者需求。在对这些举措进一步思考的基础上,提出高校图书馆应加速推进学术文献资源的开放获取,加强专业领域的专题文献资源建设,寻求更多校外访问数据库的新手段,加强信息素养教育的在线资源建设,探索实体图书借阅的快递外送服务等发展建议。

Facing the sudden outbreak of the novel coronavirus pneumonia,Chinese academic libraries have taken various solutions to respond.By following the WeChat official accounts of major academic libraries,the authors try to conduct a research on their various solutions during the epidemic,analyze and sort out the most representative typical solution.As the research shows,Chinese academic libraries mainly use their WeChat official accounts as a platform for announcement.By integrating open academic resources in various ways to assist with teaching and scientific research,providing off-campus access,opening online information literacy classes,lending physical books in a particular way of delivery,the Chinese academic libraries try different ways to meet patrons needs.Based on further thinking of these solutions,during epidemic situation,it is recommended that Chinese academic libraries should focus on providing more open source academic databases,strengthening the construction of special literature resources,seeking new remote ways of off-campus access,adding resources for online information literacy courses,and exploring express ways for books delivery.
