This paper investigates and analyzes the paths and measures of online service in the“double first-class”university libraries during the novel coronavirus pneumonia,summarizes their experience in dealing with public health emergencies,analyzes their shortcomings,and puts forward optimization strategies,so as to provide reference for other university libraries.
