摘要
文章从满足信息需求和防控疫情信息等方面探讨图书馆在重大突发公共安全事件中开展应急服务与管理的必要性,分析目前该项工作存在的不足,提出从建立机制、提高服务能力、健全队伍和加强联动等方面加强图书馆应急服务,提升管理能力。
The paper discusses the necessity of carrying out emergency services and management in major public safety emergencies of the library from the perspective of policy systems and academic principles.It is proposed to strengthen the library emergency service and management capabilities in terms of establishing mechanisms,improving service capabilities,improving the team and strengthening linkage.
