摘要
论文阐述了丝裂原活化蛋白激酶(MAPK)通路与慢性前列腺炎(CP)的关系,总结近年来中药单体及复方通过调控MAPK通路治疗CP的研究进展,发现槲皮素、姜黄素、大蒜素等单体及中药复方通过抑制MAPK信号通路下游的IL-1β、IL-2、IL-6、IL-17A、MCP1、TNF-α等炎症因子减轻炎症反应,减缓痛觉传导,治疗慢性前列腺炎。最后指出,应从整体角度研究中药参与炎症相关通路的调控机制,并将通路中的关键因子与中药(复方)的主要活性成分联系起来,以期充分揭示中药治疗CP的物质基础和作用机制,更好地指导临床合理用药及新药开发。
This study expounded the relationship between mitogen-activated protein kinase(MAPK) pathway and chronic prostatitis(CP), summarized the research progress of monomer and compounds of Chinese traditional herbs in the treatment of CP by regulating the MAPK pathway in recent years. It was found that quercetin, curcumin, allicin and other monomers, as well as herbal compounds could inhibit IL-1β, IL-2, IL-6, IL-17 A, MCP1, TNF-α and other inflammatory factors of downstream of the MAPK signaling pathway to reduce inflammatory response, slow down pain transmission, and treat chronic prostatitis. Finally, it is pointed out that the regulatory mechanism of herbs involved in inflammation-related pathways should be studied from a holistic perspective, and the key factors in the pathways should be linked with the main active ingredients of herbs or compounds, in order to fully reveal the material basis and their mechanism in the treatment of CP, and better guide clinical rational herb use and new drug development.
