独活寄生汤治疗类风湿关节炎药效学及作用机制的研究进展

Research Progress on Pharmacodynamics and Action Mechanism of Duhuo Jisheng Decoction In Treating Rheumatoid Arthritis

独活寄生汤广泛用于类风湿关节炎的治疗。本文搜集近30余年的中外文献,发现其临床应用疗效显著。同时整理该方治疗类风湿关节炎的基础研究,发现其作用机制包括抑制炎性因子的释放,抗氧化应激,抑制破骨细胞活性,降低金属蛋白酶的含量,抑制软骨细胞凋亡,抑制滑膜纤维增生。

Duhuo Jisheng Decoction is widely used in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis(RA). This study collected nearly 30 years’ Chinese and foreign literatures, and found that its clinical application is remarkable. Meanwhile, the basic research on its treatment for RA had been done, and its mechanism included inhibiting the release of inflammatory factors, inhibiting oxidative stress, inhibiting the activity of osteoclasts, decreasing the content of metalloproteinases, and inhibiting the apoptosis of chondrocyte and synovial fibrous hyperplasia.
