盾构法隧道工程预制管片的生产质量控制案例研究

A case study on quality control of shield tunneling precast pipe segment

随着盾构法的普遍运用,盾构管片的需求在增加。此文通过对杭州地铁3号线一期土建隧道管片的分析,针对混凝土管片生产和施工过程中易出现的质量问题,从生产原料、制作工艺、运输存放、拼装试验、维修检测等方面研究混凝土管片的质量控制方法,并提出预制管片的质量控制及施工管理措施。

With the widespread application of shield tunneling method,the demand of shield tunneling segment is increasing.This article analyses issue of civil tunnel segment through first-stage project of the Hangzhou metro line 3,in view of the concrete segment which were liable to occur during the construction process of the production and quality problems,from the production of raw materials,production technology,transportation,storage,testing,maintenance inspection and etc,studies the quality control method of concrete segment,and puts forward the quality control and construction management measures of precast segment.
