摘要
近年来,生物标志物在检测和治疗癌症患者中起着重要的作用。目前的研究认为叉头框转录因子M1(FoxM1)的过度表达与肿瘤的发生发展密切相关,具体的致癌机制尚不明确;而沉默信息调节因子1(SIRT1)的异常表达与恶性肿瘤的发生密切相关,且FoxM1与SIRT1在部分肿瘤组织中的表达密切相关,但两者的相互作用机制还需一步研究。鉴于FoxM1、SIRT1与肿瘤之间的重要关系,研究两者表达及作用的进展及其相互作用机制,有助于为新治疗靶点的研究提供思路。
In recent years,biomarkers have played important roles in detecting and treating cancer patients.Current research suggests that the overexpression of forkhead box transcription factor M1(FoxM1)is closely related to tumorigenesis and development,but the specific carcinogenesis mechanism is still unclear.The abnormal expression of silent information regulatory factor 1(SIRT1)is closely related to the occurrence of malignant tumors.Moreover,the expression of FoxM1 and SIRT1 are closely related to each other in some tumor tissues,but further study is necessary on the interaction mechanism between the two.Considering the important relationship between tumors and the two genes of FoxM1 and SIRT1,to study the progress of the expression and the effect between FoxM1 and SIRT1 and their interaction mechanism will help provide ideas for the study of new therapeutic targets.
