摘要
将求职诚信问题分为四个维度:虚假材料、面试作伪、"骑驴找马"和随意离职,将求职诚信的影响因素归纳为五个变量:性别、院校层次、专业类别、成绩排名及面试次数。通过问卷调查法收集数据,运用SPSS23.0分析各因素对各维度及总分的影响是否具有显著性差异,同时尝试对求职诚信问题建构多元回归分析模型,从大学生、高校、招聘单位三个方面提出针对性的建议。
The problem of honesty in job hunting is divided into four dimensions:false materials,false interviews,"riding a donkey to find a horse"and leaving a job at will.The influencing factors of honesty in job hunting are summarized into five variables:gender,school level,professional category,performance ranking and the number of interviews.Data were collected through questionnaire survey and SPSS23.0 was used to analyze whether there were significant differences in the influence of various factors on each dimension and total score.Meanwhile,a multiple regression analysis model was tried to be constructed for the issue of job integrity,and targeted suggestions were put forward from the three aspects of college students,colleges and employers.
