摘要
目的研究多媒体课件在妇产科临床教学的应用效果。方法选取2018年9月—2019年9月间在妇产科实习的医学生90名作为研究对象,根据随机数字表,随机分为两组,每组45名。其中,对照组采取传统教学模式,研究组采取多媒体结合教学模式,实习期4周,对比两组学生妇产科临床实习前后考核情况及满意度。结果临床入科前两组学生各项考核成绩比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);经过临床实习后研究组同学出科时操作成绩优于对照组,研究组满意度(93.33%)优于对照组(64.44%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论多媒体结合教学在妇产科临床带教中可有效提高学生出科成绩,增强实际操作能力,改善临床学习效率。
Objective To study the application effect of multimedia courseware in clinical teaching of gynecology and obstetrics.Methods 90 obstetrics and Gynecology interns from September 2018 to September 2019 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table,there were 45 students in both groups.Among them,the control group adopts the traditional teaching mode,the research group adopts the multi-media combined teaching mode,and the internship lasts for 4 weeks,to compare the assessment and satisfaction of the two groups before and after admission.Results There was no significant difference between the two groups before practice(P>0.05).After practice,the operation performance of the study group was better than that of the control group,and the satisfaction of the study group(93.33%)was better than that of the control group(64.44%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Multimedia combined teaching in clinical teaching of gynecology and obstetrics can effectively improve the students’academic performance,enhance the practical operation ability and improve the clinical learning efficiency.
