呼吸功能障碍康复治疗继续教育项目的问卷调查研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的以武汉大学中南医院主办的省级CME项目《呼吸功能障碍的综合康复治疗》培训班的问卷调查结果为依据,探讨分析湖北省各地区学员对呼吸功能障碍康复治疗继续教育的实际需求。方法选择2019年6月28日——2019年6月29日和2019年8月29日—2019年8月30日参加武汉大学中南医院举办的省级CME项目《呼吸功能障碍的综合康复治疗》培训班的400名学员为研究对象,培训结束后发放调查问卷,问卷内容主要包括学员的工作单位、工作年限、学历、职称、参加本次培训班的目的、对授课内容的了解程度、所希望的教学内容、对本次教学的满意度、学习收获及建议,并按学员职称和工作地区进行分组分析。结果湖北省康复专业从业人员整体学历偏低,不同职称与不同地区学员对授课内容了解程度的差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),不同职称学员对授课内容及教学安排满意度的差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),不同职称学员在学习收获方面的差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),其他方面在不同组别之间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论应加强继续教育和培训,系统科学地培养应用型人才。可按学员的学历和职称进行分班分批次教学,针对学员的实际需求调整授课内容和形式,提高学习收获,拓宽康复服务范围。 Objective To discuss the necessity and importance of continuing medical education(CME)combined with provincial CME program named“Comprehensive rehabilitation therapy of respiratory dysfunction”held by Zhongnan Hospital of Wuhan University.Methods four hundred participants attending the classes held in June 28,2019 to June 29,2019 and August 29,2019 to August 30,2019 at our hospital were selected as study objects and asked to accomplish the questionnaires designed for this survey specially.The questionnaire included work unit,years,education,title,purposes for attending meeting and expected topics,degree of familiarity with teaching contents,main harvest regions,degree of satisfaction and suggestions.To divide participants into groups according to professional title(associate chief or above,attending,resident or intern)and region(prefecture-level city or county-level city),the differences of different groups were analyzed.Results Academic qualification of Rehabilitation practitioners is relatively low in Hubei Province.Degree of familiarity with teaching contents among participants in different title and different regions showed difference(P<0.05).Degree of satisfaction and main harvest regions among participants in different title showed difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Strengthening continuing medical education and personal training is necessary to cultivate applied talents.The content of CME for Comprehensive rehabilitation therapy of respiratory dysfunction should be adjusted to students with different Education background and professional titles,so as to improve their learning gains and open up the applied field.
