摘要
目的探讨分析临床案例结合临床路径在血液科进行血液系统肿瘤教学中的应用价值。方法以2017年5月—2019年5月医院血液科的76例实习医生及进修医生为例展开研究,以教学方式的不同将76例实习医生及进修医生分成研究组(n=38,采取临床案例结合临床路径教学)和对照组(n=38,采取传统法教学),评价对于血液系统肿瘤教学的应用价值。结果观察临床成绩以及理论成绩均较高,且与对照组间差异具有统计学意义,P<0.05;研究组寻求真相、求知欲、系统化能力以及分析能力等评判性思维能力均高于对照组,P<0.05。结论在血液科进行血液系统肿瘤教学中应用临床案例结合临床路径进行教学,可将临床案例与临床路径有机结合,可有效将血液学理论知识融入到病例中,有利于实习医生及进修医生理解和掌握所学内容,从而规范教学,提升教学的严谨性。
Objective To explore the application value of clinical cases combined with clinical pathways in the teaching of hematological tumors in the Department of Hematology.Methods A total of 76 interns and advanced doctors in the Department of Hematology of our hospital from May 2017 to May 2019 were enrolled in the study.76 interns and fellow doctors were divided into study groups according to different teaching methods(n=38,The clinical case was combined with clinical path teaching)and the control group(n=38,traditional method teaching)to evaluate the application value of hematological tumor teaching.Results The clinical scores and theoretical scores were high,and there was a difference between the two groups,P<0.05.The critical thinking ability of the research team to seek truth,curiosity,systemic ability and analytical ability was higher than that of the control group.P<0.05.Conclusion The application of clinical cases and clinical pathways in the teaching of hematological tumors in the department of hematology can organically combine clinical cases with clinical pathways,effectively integrating the theoretical knowledge of hematology into cases,which is beneficial for interns and fellow practitioners to understand.It is feasible to master the content,to standardize teaching,and to improve the rigor of teaching.
