超声检查在胎盘早剥诊断中的临床应用价值

Clinical Application of Ultrasonography in the Diagnosis of Placental Abruption

目的探讨超声影像学检查技术在胎盘早剥诊断中的临床应用价值。方法选取医院2017年1月—2019年1月在产科确诊的29例胎盘早剥患者,回顾其临床资料,分析超声诊断的准确性及影像学特点。结果胎盘早剥发生率为0.22%。临床确诊胎盘早剥患者共29例,超声诊断胎盘早剥患者为27例,准确率为93.1%,漏诊率为3.4%;Ⅱ级以上开展手术治疗患者的临床特征及胎儿的特征进行分析发现,术前血红蛋白、总出血量、分娩面积、Apgar评分在不同的超声检查结果类型中的差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用超声影像学技术对胎盘早剥患者的诊断具有较高的应用价值。

Objective To evaluate the clinical value of ultrasound imaging in the diagnosis of placental abruption.Methods From January 2017 to January 2019,29 patients with placental abruption diagnosed by obstetrics in our hospital were selected and their clinical data were reviewed,and the accuracy and imaging features of ultrasound diagnosis were analyzed.Results the incidence of placental abruption was 0.22%.A total of 29 patients with placental abruption were diagnosed clinically,27 patients with placental abruption diagnosed by ultrasound,the accuracy rate was 93.1%,and the missed diagnosis rate was 3.4%.The clinical features and fetal characteristics of patients with grade II or above surgical treatment were analyzed,and it was found that there were significant differences in hemoglobin,total bleeding volume,delivery area and Apgar score among different types of ultrasound examination.Conclusion Ultrasound imaging technique has high application value in the diagnosis of placental abruption.
