摘要
目的探究不同糖耐量人群中对血清骨钙素水平及其对糖脂以及骨代谢影响。方法随机抽取2017年1月—2018年12月期间医院内分泌科就诊患者总计240例,依据口服葡萄糖耐量试验结果分为以下两组,正常人群120例为A组,2型糖尿病患者120例为B组,所有患者空腹下抽取静脉血,对各项生化检查进行检测分析,分析血清骨钙素水平与糖脂及骨代谢相关性。结果两组生化指标中,Hba1c、HOMA-IR、HOMA-β、空腹血糖、2 h后血糖、总胆固醇、甘油三酯、LDL-C、HDL-C、骨钙素差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),骨钙素与Hba1c、空腹血糖、2 h后血糖、HOMA-IR、总胆固醇呈现负相关,与HOMA-β指标呈现正相关,P<0.05。结论2型糖尿病患者中血清骨钙素水平显著降低,往往OC可调节胰岛素β细胞功能即胰岛素敏感性,从而影响糖代谢吸收,抑制脂肪细胞蓄积并对脂代谢造成影响,调控骨密度影响骨代谢。
Objective To explore the effect of different glucose tolerance groups on serum osteocalcin level,glucose and lipid,and bone metabolism.Methods A total of 240 patients in the Department of endocrinology of our hospital from January 2017 to December 2018 were randomly selected.According to the results of oral glucose tolerance test,they were divided into the following two groups.120 normal people were in group A,120 type 2 diabetic patients were in group B.Venous blood was drawn from all patients under fasting condition,and biochemical tests were carried out to analyze the correlation between serum osteocalcin level,glycolipid and bone metabolism.Results In general data,there was no significant difference between the two groups in age index(P>0.05),body mass index,HbA1c,HOMA-IR,HOMA-β,fasting blood glucose,blood glucose after 2 hours,total cholesterol,triglyceride,LDL-C,HDL-C,osteocalcin(P<0.05),osteocalcin and HbA1c,fasting blood sugar,blood glucose after 2 hours,HOMA-IR,total cholesterol showed negative correlation,and HOMA-βshowed positive correlation,P<0.05.Conclusion In type 2 diabetic patients,the level of serum osteocalcin is significantly reduced,often OC can regulate the function of insulinβcell,insulin sensitivity,so as to affect the absorption of glucose metabolism,inhibit the accumulation of fat cells and affect lipid metabolism,and regulate bone density to affect bone metabolism.
