针灸治疗腰椎间盘突出性疼痛的疗效观察

Observation on the Therapeutic Effect of Acupuncture and Moxibustion on Lumbar Disc Herniation Pain

目的对于腰椎间盘突出性疼痛患者开展针灸治疗的临床疗效进行探讨。方法选取医院2018年7月—2019年7月接诊的腰椎间盘突出性疼痛患者94例,随机分组,给予其中47例腰椎间盘突出性疼痛患者常规牵引治疗,将其作为对照组,给予剩余47例腰椎间盘突出性疼痛患者针灸治疗,将其作为研究组,对比两组腰椎间盘突出性疼痛患者的临床治疗效果。结果两组腰椎间盘突出性疼痛患者接受各自治疗手段之后的临床总体有效率对比,差异具有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论临床中针对腰椎间盘突出性疼痛患者,为其提供针灸治疗,能够显著缓解腰椎间盘突出性疼痛患者疼痛程度,使患者生活质量获得改善。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of acupuncture treatment in patients with lumbar disc herniation.Methods A total of 94 patients with lumbar disc herniation from July 2018 to July 2019 in our hospital were randomly divided into four groups.47 patients with lumbar disc herniation were treated with conventional traction therapy.Forty-seven patients with lumbar disc herniation were treated with acupuncture and moxibustion as the study group to compare the clinical effects of the two groups of patients with lumbar disc herniation.Results Comparison of the overall clinical effective rate of two groups of patients with lumbar disc herniation pain after receiving their respective treatment methods,the difference was statistically significant,P<0.05.Conclusion In clinical practice,patients with lumbar disc herniation pain can provide acupuncture treatment,which can significantly alleviate the pain degree of patients with lumbar disc herniation pain and improve the quality of life of patients.
