The Relationship Between Husband’s Accompanying Childbirth and Promoting Natural Childbirth

目的分析丈夫陪伴分娩与促进自然分娩的关系。方法选取医院2018年5月—2019年5月收治的280例丈夫陪同产妇为研究对象,将其设定为试验组,另选取同期收治的120例无丈夫陪同产妇为对照组,对比两组患者自然分娩率、产程时间与疼痛感。结果试验组患者自然分娩率的80.71%优于对照组的47.50%;试验组总产程时间的(7.26±0.96)h优于对照组的(12.82±1.15)h;试验组患者各产程疼痛感更低,差异具有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论产妇分娩时,由丈夫陪伴,可有效提升自然分娩率,缩短产程时间,降低产妇的疼痛感,具有较高的临床应用价值。

Objective To analyze the relationship between husband's accompanying childbirth and promoting natural childbirth.Methods 280 cases of husbands accompanying women from May 2018 to May 2019 in our hospital were selected as the experimental subjects,and 120 cases of husbands without husbands were selected as the control group.The group's natural delivery rate,labor time and pain.Results 80.71%of the natural delivery rate of the experimental group was better than 47.50%of the control group;the total labor time of the experimental group was(7.26±0.96)h better than that of the control group(12.82±1.15)h;Lower,the difference was statistically significant,P<0.05.Conclusion When the mother gives birth,accompanied by her husband,it can effectively improve the natural delivery rate,shorten the labor time and reduce the pain of the mother.It has high clinical application value.
