航空电动反推力装置用永磁同步电机热分析 被引量:3

摘要 以航空发动机电动反推力装置为应用背景,针对高功率密度与有限散热条件,对所设计的双通道表贴式以及单通道内嵌式永磁同步电机进行了详细的热分析。给出了两款电机的电磁设计方案,分析了电机各类损耗计算方法,得到了稳定工作和起动状态下的电机总损耗。考虑温升余量,以起动状态作为最恶劣工况,将损耗计算结果换算成电机各部分损耗的体密度,利用ANSYS Fluent的有限元分析得到各部分的温度分布。建立了两款电机的热网络模型,通过路算方式得到了各部分的温度,并与有限元分析结果进行了对比。 In the background of aero-engine electric reverse thrust equipment,considering the high power density and limited cooling conditions,the thermal analysis of the designed dual-channel surface-mounted and single-channel interior permanent magnet synchronous motor was carried out in detail.The electromagnetic design schemes of the two types of motors were given,the calculation methods for several kinds of losses were analyzed,and the total losses of the motor under stable operation and starting state were obtained.Considering the temperature rise margin,the starting state was taken as the worst working condition.The loss calculation results were converted into the bulk loss density of each part,and finite element analysis was used to get the temperature distribution with ANSYS Fluent.The thermal network models of the two types of motor were established.The temperature of each part is obtained by the way of circuit calculation,and compared with the results from the finite element analysis.
