摘要
设计了一款无位置传感器无刷风机控制器,采用永磁同步电机磁场定向控制策略,通过电机三相电流采样,对信号进行滑模处理,估算电机转子实时位置。主要介绍了控制器的基本组成,控制策略,起动方式,详细分析了各组成模块设计电路,搭建了电动机控制器测试平台,对电动机控制器功能模块和整机性能进行实验测试。测试结果表明,控制器能够较好地满足风机电动机的控制要求,具备起动运行平稳、过载能力强等特点。
Designs a sensorless brushless fan of controller,which uses a permanent magnet synchronous motor field-oriented control strategy,uses three-phase current sampling of the motor,performs sliding mode processing on the signal,estimates the real-time position of the motor rotor,and vectors the motor Control,mainly introduces the basic components of the controller,control strategy,starting method,analyzes the design circuit of each component module in detail,sets up a motor controller test platform,and conducts experimental tests on the function modules of the motor controller and the performance of the whole machine.The test results show that the controller can well meet the control requirements of the fan motor,and has the characteristics of smooth starting operation and strong overload capacity.
