摘要
无速度传感器技术是通过电压和电流传感器采集的数据准确地推算出异步电机的转子位置与转子速度。针对传统模型参考自适应法(MRAS)在磁链估算引入纯积分环节带来的问题进行研究和改善,提出了用PI计算代替纯积分计算的方法,解决了积分饱和与初始值给定不准确的问题。通过仿真分析和实验验证了该控制方法的准确性和可行性。
Speed sensorless technology accurately calculates the rotor position and rotor speed of asynchronous motor by the data collected by voltage and current sensors.In order to solve the problems brought by the traditional MRAS(model reference adaptive method)in flux estimation,and a PI calculation method instead of integration calculation was proposed to solve the problem of integral saturation and inaccurate initial value.The accuracy and feasibility of the control methods were verified by simulation analysis and experiment.
