民办高校教学秘书工作探析

An Analysis of the Teaching Secretary's Work in Private Colleges

民办高校的教学秘书起着学校和教师、学校和学生、教师和学生之间的沟通和纽带作用,但民办高校的教学秘书工作却具有与公办高校的教学秘书工作所不同的特点。文章基于民办高校教学秘书所要完成的主要职责,考察民办高校教学秘书工作所具有的特点,解析当前民办高校教学秘书的困惑,并给出相应解惑构想。

The teaching secretaries of private colleges and universities play a role of communication and link between the schools and teachers,schools and students,and teachers and students,but the teaching secretaries of private colleges and universities have different characteristics from the teaching secretaries of public colleges and universities.Based on the main responsibilities of the teaching secretaries in private colleges and universities,this paper investigates the characteristics of the teaching secretaries in private colleges and universities,analyzes the confusion of the current teaching secretaries in private colleges and universities,and gives the corresponding ideas to solve the confusion.
