摘要
教学档案是衡量教学水平和教学管理质量的重要标志,是高校各类教学评估或认证指标体系的重要凭证。高校二级学院在教学档案管理意识、管理制度、管理队伍、开发利用上,仍存在一些不足之处。针对这些问题提出改进意见,旨在提升二级学院教学档案的管理质量和开发利用水平。
Teaching archives is an important sign to measure teaching level and teaching management quality,and it is also the most forceful proof of all kinds of teaching evaluation or certification index system in universities.However,there are some deficiencies in the management of teaching archives in the secondary colleges,such as,management consciousness,management system,management team and development&utilization.In view of the above problems,this paper puts forward suggestions for improve the management quality and development&utilization level of teaching archives in secondary colleges.
