It is very important for Party members to carry out theoretical study to maintain their advanced nature.By analyzing the factors that affect the theoretical learning effect of CPMs,this paper proposes the solutions to improve the initiative of CPMs in consciously learning theories,to emphasize the participatory and experiential learning of CPMs,and to find out the focus for the application of the theoretical learning outcomes of CPMs.Beneficial exploration and practice is also conducted.
