浅谈浙南地区机电装备制造业国际化工科人才的创新能力培养

A Brief Discussion on the Cultivation of Innovation Ability of International Engineering Talents in Electromechanical Equipment Manufacturing Industry in Southern Regions of Zhejiang Province

浙南地区机电装备制造业对于国际化工科人才的需求呈急速增长趋势,如何培养具有国际化水平的工科创新人才已成为当地一大难题。文章提出了从企业内部挖潜、培养师资、抓好生源、开发教学资源、开展产学研合作、进行国际交流、吸引留学生等方面,实现国际化工科人才创新能力的培养目标。

The demand of mechanical and electrical equipment manufacturing industry in southern regions of Zhejiang Province for international engineering talents is growing rapidly.How to train innovative engineering talents with international level has become a big local problem.In terms of the cultivation of internationalized talents in southern regions of Zhejiang Province,this paper puts forward the cultivation method of innovative ability of internationalized engineering talents from the aspects of tapping potential enterprises,training teachers,paying attention to the source of students,developing teaching resources,carrying out industry-university-research cooperation,conducting international exchanges,and attracting overseas students.
