摘要
食品免疫学是食品专业的一门重要的交叉学科。文章围绕食品免疫学课程的教学现状和存在的问题,对课程教学改革的必要性进行了分析,并提出食品免疫学课程教学改革的措施建议。
Food Immunology is an important interdisciplinary course in the undergraduate study of food science.This article focuses on the problems in the current teaching situation and discusses the necessity of the teaching reform.Some measures and suggestions are presented for the teaching reform in the course of Food Immunology.
