Innovation and Practice of Case Teaching for Graduate Students Majoring in Materials Engineering

论文以材料的结构与性能课程为例,围绕材料工程专业学位研究生培养,提高研究生应用能力和创新意识,从课师资队伍建设与提升、案例的选择与作用、案例教学基础设施建设及思政融合等多方面阐述了案例教学的创新与实践。研究结果对改革传统的学术导向人才培养模式,构建以应用能力和创新意识为导向的应用型人才培养模式,有一定指导意义。

Taking the course Structural and Performance of Materials as an example,focusing on the training of professional degree graduate students in material engineering and improving the application ability and innovation consciousness of graduate students,this paper expounds the innovation and practice of case teaching from the various aspects of the construction and promotion of teaching staff,the selection and function of case,the construction of case teaching infrastructure and the integration of ideological and political education.The research results have certain guiding significance for reforming the traditional academic-oriented talent training model and constructing the application-oriented talent training model oriented by application ability and innovation consciousness.
