Exploration and Practice of the Way of Training International Talents

文章分析了学院在国际化工作过程中存在的问题,提出要处理好本土化和国际化之间的关系,立足于学校具体实际,从国际化师资队伍和管理队伍建设、管理体制改革、课程体系建设和人才培养模式创新等方面进行改革,才能培养适应经济社会发展需要的高素质国际化人才。

The internationalization of education is ultimately to realize the internationalization of talent training.This paper analyzes the problems existing in the internationalization of the college,puts forward some ways to deal with the relationship between localization and internationalization in the process of internationalization.Based on the specific reality of the country and the characteristics of the college,reforms have been carried out in the construction of international teachers and management team,the reform of international management system,the construction of international curriculum system and the innovation of talent training model in order to cultivate high-quality international talents to meet the needs of economic and social development.
