高峰体验教学模式的设计与实现路径——以上海海关学院海关特色审计人才培养为例

摘要 论文在对高峰体验教学特征研究的基础上,针对上海海关学院海关特色审计人才培养的目标要求,设计出高峰体验教学模式,并将其引入到海关特色审计人才培养的各个关键环节,形成以高峰体验“金课”群为核心、连接专业“进”与“出”关键环节的海关特色的审计专业人才培养教学模式,从而达到海关特色审计人才培养的目的。 On the basis of studying the characteristics of peak experience teaching,this paper designs the peak experience teaching model according to the target requirements of the training of customs characteristic audit talents in Shanghai College of Customs,and introduces it into every key link of the training of customs characteristic audit talents.This paper aims at forming the training teaching model of audit professional talents with the core of"gold course"group of peak experience and the key links of"entering"and"leaving",so as to achieve the purpose of training audit talents with customs characteristics.
