高职院校水文与工程地质专业顶岗实习过程存在问题及对策探究

Problems and Countermeasures in the On-post Internship of Hydrology and Engineering Geology in Higher Vocational Colleges

顶岗实习是高职院校最后一个学期重要的教学环节,对学生、学校和企业都具有现实意义。通过对水文与工程地质专业顶岗实习过程进行调研,梳理顶岗实习过程中存在的问题,并提出相应的对策,为水文与工程地质专业改进顶岗实习工作和优化课程设置提供依据。

On-post internship is an important teaching link in the last semester of vocational colleges.It has important practical significance for students,schools and enterprises.Through investigation and empirical research on the internship process of hydrology and engineering geology,this paper sorts out the existing problems and proposes corresponding countermeasures.The purpose of this paper is to provide a basis for the hydrology and engineering geology profession to improve the quality of the on post internship and optimize the curriculum.
