The food testing skills inheritance platform aims at carrying on unique skills among generations.It focuses on improving teachers'skills and inheriting innovation ability.This platform,which takes apprenticeship as its inheritance path,relies on professional training bases both inside and outside the school.Led by famous full-time and part-time teachers with unique skills,it carries out activities such as improving technical skills,developing experimental and practical training resources,and exchanging experience in innovation and entrepreneurship education,which boosts the constant improvement of specialty construction.
